About the product

What is MindThread?
It is a Threads automation tool built in Taiwan for AI-written scheduled posts, multi-account management and auto-replies. MindThread is a Threads automation SaaS: AI writes posts from your brand persona, schedules them across several accounts, replies to comments under your own posts, and reports analytics weekly. The core runs on Meta's official Threads Graph API with OAuth 2.0. It is built by Ultra Creation (傲創實業) in Taiwan, Tax ID 92276454, founded 2023; contact contact@ultralab.tw.
Is MindThread a Meta product?
No. MindThread is an independent product by Ultra Creation that uses the Threads API Meta opened to developers. Posting, scheduling, replies and analytics go through the official API, but an account can still be restricted if its content breaks Meta's rules, so no tool can promise zero risk.
Do I have to share my Threads password?
No. You sign in and authorize on Meta's own page, and we never see your password. MindThread receives only the API permissions you grant. Your authorization is renewed automatically before it expires, so you never have to sign in again, and you can remove it in Threads settings at any time.
Is MindThread related to other things with the same name?
No. A search for "MindThread" also returns an iOS mind-map app of the same name, a stress-relief app, a UK clothing brand and same-named social accounts; none is connected to mindthread.tw. The product's address is mindthread.tw and its official Threads account is @mindthread_offical.

Pricing and trial

How much does MindThread cost?
There is a free plan; paid plans are NT$990, NT$1,990 and NT$5,990 a month. Four plans (as of 2026-10-04): Free NT$0; Connect NT$990/mo or NT$10,690/year; Pro NT$1,990/mo or NT$21,492/year; Business NT$5,990/mo or NT$64,692/year. Card payments are billed in New Taiwan Dollars; USD is approximate (about US$32, 64 and 193 per month).
What does the Free plan include?
1 Threads account, 3 posts a day, 3 AI generations a day, up to 2 auto-replies per post, basic analytics; 50 API calls a day per key and a daily patrol quota of 10.
How does the trial work?
Every sign-up gets a 7-day Connect-level trial: 3 accounts, unlimited posts (each account is still capped by Meta at 250 posts per 24 hours) and AI generation, no credit card needed, and nothing is charged when it ends. During the trial the patrol quota stays at the Free plan's 10 a day and API calls stay at 50 a day per key until you subscribe. When the 7 days end you drop back to the Free plan limits (3 posts and 3 AI generations a day); no card is on file, so nothing is charged, and you subscribe only if you want to keep going.
What is the Connect plan, and where did the Sales-Rep plan go?
Connect is the former Sales-Rep plan, renamed on 2026-09-14 with the same features and NT$990/mo price. It includes 3 Threads accounts, unlimited posts (each account is still capped by Meta at 250 posts per 24 hours) and AI generation, an industry voice wizard (real estate, insurance, finance, lending), compliance-oriented templates, thread mode, ramp-up mode (pre-generates the first 4 weeks of content for a new account), AI auto-reply with a custom reply style, full analytics with weekly reports, and 500 API calls a day per key.
How do Pro and Business differ?
Pro, NT$1,990/mo: up to 10 accounts, unlimited scheduling (each account is still capped by Meta at 250 posts per 24 hours) and AI generation, a content library queue (write a batch ahead and the system posts them in turn on schedule), priority LINE support, 1,000 API calls a day per key. Business, NT$5,990/mo: up to 50 accounts, up to 5 team members, dedicated support and onboarding help, 5,000 API calls a day per key.
Can I cancel anytime? How do annual and crypto payments work?
Yes. No contract and no cancellation fee; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly billing is an auto-renewing subscription you can cancel yourself; annual billing is paid up front at about 10% off. Crypto payments are charged at the listed US dollar price, with no extra discount.
What if I need more than 50 accounts?
Email contact@ultralab.tw to discuss higher limits.

Features

How does AI auto-reply work?
When someone comments under your post, the AI answers in the reply style you set, through Meta's official Threads API. You can also keep a bank of fixed replies that alternate with AI-generated ones. Free allows up to 2 auto-replies per post; paid plans are unlimited. For comments about prices, complaints or someone's personal situation, we suggest routing them to you instead of letting the AI reply.
Can I review posts before they are published?
Yes, as an option, not the default. Each account can turn on review-before-publish: AI-written posts wait for you to read, edit and press send; left off, posts go out on schedule. The first post can also be reviewed by hand (API setting name review_before_publish).
Does MindThread adjust my posting times by itself?
Once a week the system looks at each account's last 14 days of posts; for accounts on fixed posting times with at least 8 posts, it moves those times to the hours with the best engagement rate (likes plus replies per view), keeping the number of slots. Interval schedules are left alone. It is on by default; contact support to turn it off.
What is patrol (海巡), and can it get me banned?
The official API line is an officially supported route, but content that breaks the rules can still be restricted; browser patrol is a grey area, optional and can be switched off. Patrol means proactively commenting on and liking other people's posts to bring reach back to you. MindThread's patrol has two lines with different risk: only browser patrol (a Chrome extension) is a grey area of the platform terms, because it works outside the official API and carries real account risk; cloud patrol uses official API keyword search and likewise carries no guarantee that Meta will never restrict an account. Both are off by default and can be switched off at any time, and the site states it makes no zero-ban or zero-risk claim; with patrol off, every official API feature works as normal.
How do cloud patrol and browser patrol differ?
Cloud patrol: 1 to 10 keywords per account; the system uses the account's own Meta authorization to find relevant conversations periodically and reply, each sent reply costing 1 patrol point, with optional approve-before-send. Browser patrol: an extension in your own Chrome that comments on topic, likes, posts and posts with images, with region targeting and a daily time window, offered only to customers in Taiwan. Daily patrol quota: Free 10, Connect 300, Pro 500, Business 1,500, shared across accounts.
Can I pause all automation at once?
Yes. Global pause in Settings stops scheduled posts, auto-replies and cloud patrol together; turning it off resumes them with every account's settings intact.
Does MindThread support Instagram and Facebook?
The same dashboard can connect an Instagram professional account and a Facebook Page through Meta's official authorization, no password needed: write and publish posts (Instagram requires an image), read recent comments and reply. In internal testing since 2026-09, manual publishing only; /features says MindThread tests it on its own accounts first and will notify members in-app when it opens, and llms.txt says it opens to members in stages; scheduling for these two platforms comes later.

International use, language, developers

Can I use MindThread outside Taiwan?
Yes. Posting, scheduling, auto-reply, analytics and the API are sold worldwide; cards are billed in NT$ and international cards are accepted. Browser patrol is offered only to customers in Taiwan. Live support hours follow Taiwan time (UTC+8); English support is by email, asynchronous.
Is the interface in English?
The website and blog are in English and Traditional Chinese; parts of the logged-in dashboard are still being localised to English. Each account can set its own content language (Traditional Chinese or English) and posting time zone.
Can an AI agent or n8n drive MindThread?
Yes. Create an API key in Settings, then call mindthread.tw/api/v1 with a Bearer token (OpenAPI 3.1 spec at /api/v1/openapi.json) or point an MCP client at /api/mcp. Each key can be set to allow, ask or deny per action; a new key asks you before actions such as publishing immediately or sending a patrol reply; up to 5 active keys per member; keys starting with mt_test_ return mock data only. Daily API calls per active key: Free 50, Connect 500, Pro 1,000, Business 5,000 (up to 5 keys per member).
